Unaitas is based in Nairobi, Kenya, and has 20 branches spread across 7 counties in Kenya with over 200,000 members.
Oikocredit has chosen to support Unaitas Sacco Society Ltd as it has registered impressive growth over the past few years, and is one of the leading rural SACCOs (Savings and Credit Cooperative Organisations) in the country. Most of the enterprises it supports are owned by women.
